- The Performance Organization Of Department Local Revenue In The Managemen Of Locally Generated Revenue At Serang Regency In 2013. The problems of this research is therea are still component of regional taxes and retributions has not reached and still an empty or zero. This research is according to Mahsun (2006:77) are input, process and output. This research used Quantitative method and data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires. Respondent of this research are employees of department local revenue that is 70 employees. All population are as sample because a population relatively small. The result of this research is 53,64% that is not included in the good category with result of score this research is 4656 that is between 3798 – 5425 and this is not included in good category. Based on the result of the field research that performance of department local revenue are not good enough, there are still a target of local revenue of tax and retributions are not realized and it was empty. It because deparment local revenue still less fast in processing tax payers who has not paid the taxes and workers still not disciplined in do the work, and still late provided a report on related local revenue which eventually the process of in hibbiting to collecting taxes.
