- Parenting Parents Careers in Instilling Discipline to The Child(Case Study in TalagaBestari Housing, Wanakerta Village, Tangerang Regency). The problem in this research is about the career parents or the worker parents applying parenting to the child in instilling discipline to the child. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The selection of informants in this study was conducted by purposive sampling. Informants of this research are parents. Techniques of collecting research with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study is the pattern of care that is applied by the parents of carrers in most of the majority of Talagbestari Housing using the type of parenting demojratis pattern. The result of parenting applied by parents to their children has been successful. As for the supporting factor is the average child who has been abedient and inhibiting factors on average because of the environment.
