- The research was conducted to determine (1) effect of perceptions instructional discussion methods on learning outcomes; (2) effect of perceptions rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes; (3) effect of perceptions instructional discussion methods and rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes; (4) effect of nutritional science learning outcomes for the competence students class X SMK Husada Primary Health Serang. This study used associative research were 117 respondents. To test research used path analysis with research questionnaires instruments. The results showed that: (1) there is significant the effect of perceptions learning methods discussion on learning outcomes of nutritional science with t count tyh3.19> 1.645 t table and directly the path coefficient of 0.24; (2) there is significant the effect of the perceptions of rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes of nutritional science with t count 6.60> 1.645 t table and directly the path coefficient of 0.33; (3) there is significant and stimultan the effect of perceptions instructional discussion methods and rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes with t count 2.09> t table 1.645 and R2 0.36; (4) there are significant the effect of nutritional science learning outcomes for the competence of students with t count 9.21> t table of 1.645, the path coefficient R2 of 0.65 and 0.43. Generally, there are significant effect of perception stimultan instructional discussion methods and rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes of nutritional science students.
