  • The purpose of this study was to see whether the method applied learning in the learning process and student achievement motivation affect learning outcomes. Interactive learning methods to motivate students to be active in the learning process. Objective media interactive learning bring two-way communication between teachers and students. Achievement motivation is a boost in students to improve achievement. Students who have a strong achievement motivation tends to be making every effort to be able to master the fields studied, so the role of achievement motivation becomes important for elementary school students in preparing for the learning process. Research carried out by quasi-experimental methods in Class 2 SD Negeri Sepang Kota Serang. The results showed that media interactive learning and achievement motivation factor that could encourage students to improve belajar.Ini results can be seen from the average value of the pretest fourth grade group showed almost the same results in the range of 61.00 to 61.60. Average high value shown in the experimental class two. At the time of posttest highest value shown in the experimental class unity that has an average value of 91.40. It is thus interactive learning media proved to affect student learning outcomes. Achievement motivation also show the effec on student learning outcomes.
