The rule must be evaluated by Baznas of Lebak, because there are many problems are happed in collection, distribution, and advantages of tithe. tithe management in Baznas of Lebak involve some aspects such as Baznas of Lebak, the collective unit of tithe, and alms organization, etc. As for tithe problems in Lebak is less optimal socialization, limited human resources in implementing the program, and less strictly the Baznas of Lebak in optimizing the collective of tithe compulsory from the muzaki. The formulation of the problem in this study on, how the evaluation of Lebak regulation number 11, 2005 about the management of tithe at Baznas Lebak. The purpose of this research is due to know, how the management of tithe is being managed by Baznas of Lebak. The theory is used in this research is criteria theory of regulacy evaluation on Nurkholis (2007:274). Reseacrh method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The goal of this research is showing that the tithe management in Baznas of Lebak haven’t been makes maximal, it’s proves with low human capital in technology makes it effectiveles to be informed by Baznas of Lebak, the regulation isn’t suitable with the regulations and doesn’t, be prevalent in collection, advantages and distribution to whole areas in Lebak. Recommendation that can be given is holding the trying to human capital in technology to imform to all aspect of society about working together with tithe organization and making service of infrastruction and technology.
