  • This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and extrinsic motivation to employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable (study on Employees of Revenue Service and Regional Financial Management Government (DPPKD) of Cilegon). This research uses the method of causality is a method that wants to find an explanation in the form of causal relationships between several concepts or some variables or also some strategies developed in management. The sample size in this research is 80 ASN employees. This research uses technic sampling. Data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Methods of data collection in this study was conducted in several ways, among others by literature study, field study, interview method and questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques in accordance with the research patterns and variables to be studied. In this research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is multivariate analysis. SEM is a statistical model that seeks to explain the relationship between many variables. To perform SEM analysis then use tools or software in this research using SmartPLS. The results show that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on performance.
