  • Good employee performance in principle to realize the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Performance of employees as a process undertaken by employees can not be separated from the factors that influence it. These factors include discipline, training and quality factors in work. This study aims to examine the influence of Discipline. Training on Work Quality and Employee Performance in Banten Provincial Agriculture Office in Serang City. The Department of Agriculture is one of the strategic sectors that economically contribute to the national economy. This Agriculture Service Office is located at Jalan Syech Nawawi Al-Bantani Palima, Curug Sub-District, Serang City. The research object is Banten Provincial Agriculture Agency, Population and sample in this research are employees of Banten Provincial Agriculture Office. The samples of the research were 64 (sixty four) employees selected by using saturated samples taken with census technique, while the data type of this research is primary data. Data were collected using questionnaire to be analyzed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The result of the analysis shows that the discipline has a significant positive effect on the employee's performance, the training does not directly affect the employee's performance, the discipline of positive and significant impact on the quality of work, the training of positive and significant influence on the quality of work, the quality of work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The result of the research has implication to employee discipline, the training that need to be improved to improve the performance is the quality of work, if the quality of employee work increases then employee performance will also increase.
