- This study discusses the implementation of a drug prevention programme that based lane data and programme maping, during this execution of the drug prevention programme in the National Narcotic Board of Banten Province is not based on based lane data and programme maping so the impact on the product and the target is less than optimal. National policy which has not been put to good use by the National Narcotic Board of Banten Province, in the form af act No. 35 / 2009 about Narcotic, The Presidential Regulation No. 23/ 2010 of The National Narcotic Board and the Regulation of the Minister of the State No. 21/2013 Facilitating Prevention and abuse of Narcotics, and the role of any coordination function has not run optimally with local governments either related the implementation of a drug prevention programme as well as budgeting with supportlocal regulations as well as Regulation of the Governor on the basic of the data and the map programme. This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a drug prevention programme data and based lane programme. The research methods of analysis (Qualitative). From the results of this research the National Narcotics Agency of Banten Province can benefit from basic data and map of the program as a tool in the implementation of a drug prevention program in the province of Banten, and was used as a descriptive qualitative, i.e. with Partisipatory-Action approach Reseacrh. Data collection techniques are used namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The technique used is the thematic Analysis tool of coordination with Organizations of the device area in program planning and budgeting, so program execution running massif. On the other hand basic data and map of any program can be a basis in local policy formulation in the form of local regulations and rules of the Governor about drugs.
