  • This study aims to describe the steps in making Sparkol Video in the natural and artificial environment in Grade 3 Primary School, to know the extent of validity of sparkol-based video multimedia developed and to know the increasing of student's motivation to sparkol video-based multimedia. This research was conducted in SDN Pandeglang 1 with research subjects of third grade students of 37 students. The type of research used R&D (Research and Development) research design. This model consists of 4 stages; : define, design, development and desiminate. Instruments used in the form of questionnaires for media validation by expert lecturers as well as teachers and students' motivation observation sheets. Based on data analysis can be concluded the quality of sparkol-based video multimedia developed included in very decent category with 80% percentage from 2 media expert, 95.66% from material expert, and 85,38% from linguist. Student motivation to sparkol video-based multimedia with 37 respondents equal to 92.83% with very good category
