- This study aims to find out how to develop ledger learning media based on local wisdom in writing reading material on Indonesian language lessons in class III elementary school. This research was conducted at Karangtumaritis Elementary School with research subjects of class III students totaling 35 Thematic students 20 students in limited trials. The type of research we recommend on research and development (R & D) development. The instrument used was a questionnaire for media validation by experts and teachers of student response questionnaires. so that the analysis of the data can be indicated by the quality of wisdom-based ledger media used in the very feasible category with a percentage of 85.83% from two media experts, a very feasible category with a percentage of 91% from two material experts, a decent category with a percentage of 72.5% from two language. , the category is very feasible with a percentage of 86% of two education experts. Students' responsibility for media ledger based on local wisdom in a trial with 20 respondents 94.69% with strongly agree categories.
