- This research aimed to develop of guided inquiry student practical worksheets musculoskeletal system for 11 grade Senior High School, analyze the eligibility, and its student response. The research used R&D (Research and Development) method of the Sugiyono research model which consisted of potential or problem, collected information, designed product, designed validation, design improvement for validation result, product assay, and revision. Based on the result showed that material validation was 96% and media validation was 88,9% which very suitable for used. Results of student responses on student practical worksheets was 89.06%. It means, the product was very good criteria to be used by 11 th grade senior high school.
