  • The aims of this research are to develop feasible printed teaching learning resource in form mollusk biodiversity pocketbook based on Tunda Island mollusk diversity for invertebrate sub-concept and to assess pocketbook based on material and media aspects. This research uses research and development (R&D) method with 3-D (define, design, and develop) research design. The data collected by using expert assessment sheet and student response sheet with the criteria are feasibility of content, presentation, language, and graphing. The exploration result obtained 45 mollusk species include 29 species gastropods and 16 species bivalve. The mollusk biodiversity indexs in Tunda Island on 5 transect in a row are 3,194; 3,280; 3,331; 3,215; dan 3,135 so that the categori is “high” and the categori of water quality based on the index is “polluted very light”. Result of the mollusk exploration in Tunda Island used as content materials in pocketbook development. Based on experts assessment pocketbook was 82,6% with category very good and feasible to use. Result of student response, pocketbook was 83,9% with category very good and feasible to use as teaching learning resourcel for 10th grade of senior high school.
