This study uses a quantitative method, and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using EViews 8. In this study, the independent variable is the gross domestic product ( ), inflation ( ), exchange rates ( ), and LIBOR ( ), while the dependent variable is foreign direct investment (Y). This study tested the hypothesis regression coefficient (coefficient of determination, simultaneous test / test-F, and test-t / partial). The results showed that in partial gross domestic product is positive and significant effect on foreign direct investment (FDI), while the inflation variable is positive and significant effect, the variable rate is negative and significant effect, and a variable interest rate of LIBOR is negative and not significant effect on foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia. While simultaneously or concurrently variable gross domestic product, inflation, exchange rates, and LIBOR interest rates have a significant effect on foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia during the period 2005: 1-2015: 4.
