  • The problems in this study were (1) whether there is any effect of the use of models of type Cooperative Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) the narrative essay writing skills in students class VII Wipama Tangerang Regency. (2) whether there is any effect of the use of models Cooperative Integrated Reading, Composition (CIRC) to the narrative essay writing skills in students class VII Wipama Tangerang Regency. (3) whether there are differences influence on the class using a model Cooperative Type of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) and the use of Cooperative Integrated Reading, Composition (CIRC) in changing the text of the interview into a bouquet of narrative in class VII SMP Wipama Tangerang District , This study aimed to obtain clear information related to improving student learning outcomes in changing the text of the interview menjadikarangan narrative should be using a model of type Cooperative Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). Exsperimental true method used by the pattern control groups pretest-posttest design. Simple random sampling technique used in this study, samples taken as many as two classes, as the experimental class VII C and VII B as the control class using test instruments. Based on the analysis of data normality test, homogeneity, linearity, and hypothesis testing t-test with significance level α = 0.05, it could be concluded that the learning outcomes in the experimental class using the news media to get an average of 59.18 with the value pretest, namely 52 , 52 so Ha is received and media talk show influence on the results of interview skills to change the text into a narrative essay. Learning outcomes in the control class who receive treatment using the media talk shows to get an average of 50.54 with the value pretest, which is 50.14 so Ha is received and media talk show affects the outcome of the interview skills of converting text into a narrative essay. There are significant differences mean posttest experimental class who receive treatment using the news media with the average of 59.18 and a control class who receive treatment using the media talk show with the average of 50.54. Thus, the difference in mean difference posttest posttest experimental class and control class to change the text of the interview results skill into a narrative essay in class VII of 8.64 points. So Ha is received, the results of this study stated that the news media is more influential than the media talk show on interview skills to
