  • Inflation is one critically important indicator for economists in analyzing the economy of a country, because of inflation gives considerable influence on the achievement of macro policies (Pohan, 2008). The development of inflation in Indonesia always fluctuated, where in 1997 and 1998 economic crisis happen so that inflation is rising due to increasing the supply of money in the community caused by low interest rates. This interest rate is very low because the loss of public confidence in the bank so the bank collapse.. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of money in circulation JIBOR, and capital inflow effect on inflation in Indonesia and to determine the most dominant influence on inflation in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the effect of macroeconomic conditions that include the amount of money in circulation, JIBOR and the capital inflow to inflation in Indonesia. Determination of the sample is based on time series data from 2005: Q1 to 2013: Q4. All data in this study comes from the Financial Statistics of Bank Indonesia. This study uses analysis Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with the help of software eviews 8. Based on the results of the OLS estimates, the results of this study indicate that the amount of money in circulation, overnight rate and capital inflow effect on inflation. Simultaneously the amount of money in circulation, JIBOR and capital inflow positive effect on inflation. Partially money supply and JIBOR is positive and significant impact on inflation. Meanwhile, capital inflow negative effect on inflation.
