- This study was lifted from the formulation of the problem that originated from the problem of low performance of employees at PT. SIBA Cilegon. From this research, the study of the problems of theory and previous research search then formulated three hypothesis H1, H2, and H3. This research method is descriptive and verification that uses a sample of 82 respondents out of a total population of 82 employees. With research instrument a questionnaire compiled based transactional leadership style (X1), financial compensation (X2), intrinsic motivation (X3), and Employee Performance (Y), with the number 21 statement. The result of data processing shows that partially transactional leadership style is positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. SIBA Cilegon, financial compensation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. SIBA Cilegon and Intrinsic motivation is positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT SIBA Cilegon.
