- Teachers are a success factor in the world of education, where the creativity of teachers is very important in the learning process activities. The learning process is inseparable from a learning approach, the center is a learning approach adopted from abroad developed by (CCCRT) called BCCT (Beyond Center and Circle Time) or the so-called in Indonesia as the center and moment of the circle. The central approach is thought to influence teachers' creativity. This study aims to determine the effect of BCCT approach on teacher creativity in Cibeber District Cilegon City of Banten. This research use Exspo Facto method Correlation. Data collection techniques for variables BCCT approach and teacher creativity using questionnaires (questionnaires), which is given to 30 respondents teachers in Cibeber District Cilegon city of Banten. Data analysis technique using product moment pearson correlation analysis. Based on the results of research shows the correlation coefficient between variables BCCT approach to teacher creativity of 0.527 means there is influence between BCCT approach to teacher creativity in Cibeber District Cilegon City of Banten.
