  • A flood is soaking up river water over the riverbed or puddle of water occurring in low areas and cannot be constrained. A flood in Banten region in particular the Cibaliung-Cisawarna river basin of Cilemer has had a devastating effect on society. In addition to disrupting community activity, both directly and indirectly, a flood has resulted in such losses as polluting the environment, health problems and limited access to clean water for drinking or other necessities. The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of the flooding on the Cilemer river based on sustained rainfall. The study uses a secondary data of daily rainfall last 10 years from six stations, a Cilemer Watershed map, a cross-section of the cilemer river. The calculation begins with the daily election of rainfall data, watershed region rain, analysis of watershed rain of the polygon thiessen, frequency analysis, chi-square test and The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, followed by a 50-year-old analysis of rain plans by the Snyder Method and HSS nakayasu. The results of the debit calculations were used to analyze flooding with a HEC-RAS program. Research shows a massive 50-year discharge is 46506145 m3/s. The subject of the flood was the Pagelaran and Patia. Based on the results of the HEC-RAS Analysis of the location of the flooding, the river needs to be re-dimension.
