Keywords : Effectiveness , Service, This research is motivated by the problems concerning the management system District Internet Service Center in the village of Banjarwangi, not in accordance with the prevailing 's regulations and the lack of supervision dilakuka, The aim of the research is to find out how the effectiveness of district Internet Service Center in the Village Banjarwangi. The ground of the research is based on tangkilisan about the effectiveness which consists of four indicators, they are achievement of targets, ability to adapt, work satisfaction, and responsibility. The method which been applied is descriptive quantitative. The population of the research is 1671 people, A sample of 94 people by using the formula of Taro Yamane with a standard error of 10% and using techniques proportional random sampling area as a sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire, To analyze the data, one sample t-test hypotesis test was applied. Based on results of the research, it is showed that the effectiveness of program sub-district Internet Service Center The village still Banjarwangi less effective. Result of the calculation indicated that t-statistic < t-Tabel = (-33,976 < 1, 661) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected in the calculation reached number 43,2978% of highest prediction 65%, means less effective. This is because the development of the internet service center program districts in the banjarwangi village not fully cooperate with the local community, there is no coordination with the local government, there is no supervision and no socialization and training. Suggestions of researchers is the need to involve all levels of society in the development of internet service center program, coordinating with the local government, increasing the intensity of training and socialization and improve supervision.
