- The Law Faculty Bulding of UNTIRTA is a new building located at Desa Sindangsari Kecamapatn Pabuaran Kabupaten Serang. Based on the Detail Engineering Design (DED), construction Faculty of law UNTIRTA using the planning rectangular beams, so the writers try to the building was redesign to use T beam to make it more efficient and effective. This research disscusses design of reinforced concrete structures SRPMK which includes three main structural elements, which are T - beams, columns and joint with 5-story . 3D modeling with program ETABS V 9.7. The loads that included are gravity loads and lateral load based on SNI 1726 2012. The building structure is analyzed against story drift, p-delta and torsion.
