  • ABSTRACT Taufiq Ramadhan 6662092267 Research Communication Strategy and Program Management Event "Paranti Babaung" In Paranti Radio 105.6 FM in Developing Knowledge City Indie Music In Pandeglang Behind the rise of the phenomenon of indie bands in Pandeglang, there are interesting things to be observed that their presence in front of the community in the city is the Pandeglang Students. Tend to be negative image about diversity musision. Therefore Paranti radio makes a music program themed indie music, the music program has always been a mainstay of every radio to attract the attention of the public, especially young people. Additionally paranti babaung always provide information about music that is up to date happened in out of country or in the country are packed with light in order to facilitate the audience, especially the youth to be more excited and spur creativity. Based on the description above, the researcher wants to know the strategies used and Management Paranti Radio 105.6 FM Pandeglang in the manufacture Program of Paranti Babaung. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods using several steps, the follow are: data collection, data preparation, data presentation, and conclusion. This study concluded that, Radio Paranti used the Theory of SMCR and Management Theory in its strategy to create a program. First they determine the public or their target, making a message of the program, after that they used radio as a media. After that process is complete they make management process began of Planning (planning), Organizing (organizinng), Movement ( actuating), and the last is Control/Monitoring (controlling). So the program of Paranti Babaung was running. In this study found that the program paranti babaung get a positive response from the audience. They agree with this program because it is desired by young people in this era who are want the music program events on the radio and could make the creatuvitym of music. With this strategy of paranti radio was effective and precise manufacture of the program to be presented in the listener, so strategy communication and management program was effective from the determination of audiences, broadcasting material and its execution on target.
