"Sunday Monday EO Management" where Sunday Monday EO Management is a musical attack in the city,. To embrace and be a place for indie bands, EO Sunday Monday management must establish good communication and have a strategy to communicate its message. In order for these indie bands could be embraced by EO Sunday Monday management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the communication strategies used by EO Sunday Monday management in promoting indie band community in Banten. As the focus in this study with reference to the concept presented by Anwar Arifin This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observation. Interviewees in this study is the chairman of the EO Sunday Monday management, indie band that was managed, and the audience is always present in seriap event organized by EO Sunday Monday management. Results from this study is strategic communication management EO Sunday Monday in promoting indie band community in Banten is done through several stages of strategy, (1) EO Sunday Monday management conduct audience analysis before implementing an event, such as the flow of what music is in tune and the band which indie vogue, (2) communication strategies undertaken by EO Sunday Monday management was utilizing print and electronic media, such as flyers, facebook and twitter, sometimes by direct face to face communication, (3) strategic use of the methods used EO Sunday Monday management in improving the indie band in existence Banten Repetition and using persuasive methods, (4) the use of media selection strategy used Sunday Monday EO management is to use print media and new media is the internet using social media such as facebook and twitter.
