Supervised By: SAIFULLAH, DODI HERMAWAN,and ADI SUCIPTO. Sinyonya carp (Cyprinus carpio Linn.) G2N FI was the first offspring of gynogenesis fish resulted in largely female. This case is a reason for the reversal of thiscarp fish, in order to be functional male parent fish. These fish are male phenotypically but still female genetically. With so fungsional male carp if mated with the other female parent carp will produce offspring all female.Sex reversal of Sinyonya carp (Cyprinuscarpio Linn.) G2N FI is done by feeding thefry hormonal feed at larvae age.Because the effects of the 17α- methyltestoteronhormone on larval stadia can stimulate fish hormonally. Hormonal feed was given by adsatiation on larvae with different dosages in each treatment (50 mg/kg, 75 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, and 125 mg/kg). This is done to determine the best dosage in an attempt briefing sex ratio of the fish larvae population. The research of Sinyonya carp sex reversal using four different dosages treatment with a control or no dosage(A) were 50 mg/kg (B), 75 mg/kg (C), 100 mg/kg (D), and 125 mg/kg (E). With an average yield of each treatment are 0,00±0,00%, 84,93±10,55%, 6,10±88,52%, 71,67±30,14%, and 33,11±17,00%. The statistical tests results concluded that treatment B, C, and D were not significantly different in the direction of fish sex ratio. Because those three treatment can give a high result in masculinization of G2N F1 Sinyonya carp even domined the population of fish. But it is so different with one high dose that 127 mg/kg, which is was resulted the low percentage of male fish. That why the low dosagewas enable.
