- The purpose of this research is to examine the level of participation of farmers in the PPHT program the PPHT program's success, and the relationship between the level of participation of farmers with a success rate of Pegadingan in the village of PPHT program. The research method used is descriptive analysis, frequency distribution, the CIPP model and analysis of Rank Spearman. From the results of research can be known to the farmers level of participation in the program in the Sirandu farmers group PPHT village of Pegadingan sub-district of Kramatwatu in the planning stages, the stages of implementation, monitoring and evaluation phases and stages of exploiting the results are on the category often participate at each stage of program implementation PPHT. A level of success that has been achieved in the Program PPHT on each indicator CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) with indicators C (Context), I (Input), P (Process), P (Product) are on the category S (agree) and the value of 69.24 reached with total amount ketercapaian percentage of 84.73%. This indicates that the implementation of the program of agricultural farmers group PPHT Sirandu Village Pegadingan has been running well or successfully although has not yet reached the maximum value. The value significance of the farmers ' level of participation in each stage of the program PPHT planning stages with a value of 0.000, stage execution with values 0.000, stages of monitoring and evaluation with values 0.000 and the utilization of the results with the values 0.000. This means that all stages of participation have a significant relationship with the level of success of the program because of all the significance value PPHT at each stage of the value smaller than 0.05.
