  • SUMMARY GRESSY SIANIPAR. Explant Growth Of Lili Plant (Lilium longiflorum) By Giving Various Concentration Of Kinetin And Casein Hydrolisate With In Vitro Treatment. (Guided By Ratna Fitry Yenny And Moh. Ana Syabana Amin). This research conducts to determine the explant growth of lili plant by giving various concentration of kinetin and casein hydrolisate with in vitro treatment. This experiment were applied out at tissue culture laboratory of agriculture faculty, university of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Banten, attended on May until July 2013 using a completely randomized design (CRD), which is consists of two factors, namely the first factor giving kinetin with 4 degree of concentration are : K0 (kinetin 0 ppm), K1 (kinetin 0,5 ppm), K2 (kinetin 1 ppm), K3 (kinetin 1,5 ppm) and the second factor by giving casein hydrolysate with 4 degree of concentration are: H0 (casein hydrolysate 0 ppm), H1 (casein hydrolysate 500 ppm), H2 (casein hydrolysate 1000 ppm), H3 (casein hydrolysate 1500 ppm) were repeated 4 times. The result of the research show that the significant treatment effect of height grow on plant ages 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after planting. Casein hydrolysate treatment no significant effect on all parameters. Interaction of concentration kinetin and casein hydrolysate on growing of lily plant (Lilium longiflorum) with in vitro treatment occurs in variable number of shoots at 2 and 3 weeks after planting . The best interaction that showed by the growth of shoot attracted on the treatment combinations K0H3 (kinetin 0 ppm + casein hydrolysate 1500 ppm).
