Under the guidance Nurmayulis and Dewi Hastuti. This research aims to determine the viability of rubber seed (Havea brassiliensis Muell Arg) at level concentration and immersion duration in the solution of coconut water. This research has been implemented at the Department of Agriculture gauze Serang, Banten Province in June to August 2013. This research used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) as factorial with 2 factors. The first factor is the concentration of coconut water thar consists five levels, which are: 0 %, 25 %, 50 %, 75 %, 100 %. The second factor is the immersion duration of coconut water that consists four levels, which are 3, 6, 9, and 12 hours. The combination treatment was repeated three times. The variables observed were age germinate, the potential maximum growth, the speed of the sprouts growth, germination, normal germination percentage, abnormal germination percentage. The results showed that the concentration and immersion duration of coconut water and both of interaction between concentration and immersion duration of coconut water is not significantly effected in all parameter that is observed (age germinate, the potential maximum growth, the speed of the sprouts growth, germination, normal germination percentage, abnormal germination percentage).
