Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero) The focus of the reaserch is an issue with the performance of the PT . Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Serang, including: employee in completing the work on time less, lack of cooperation and coordination among employee, lack of employee motivation from superiors, and there were still empployee who lack discipline. After that, the formulation of the problem is how much the employee performance in PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Serang. The purpose of the research was to determine the extent of employee performance in PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Serang. In addition, Descriptive quantitative approach method was used in this research. Then, the researcher used the officer in PT . Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Serang as the population and 28 people as the sample. The researcher used theoretical performance by Stephen P Robbins, which is used as an indicator of a study. Based on the research that has been done can be concluded calculate r > r table (2.84 > 1703), then Ho rejected and Ha accepted , this means that Ha is received when it reaches > 65 %, then the hypothesis that the performance of employee at PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Serang has reached 69% of the numbers in the hypothesized received by 65%, and based on the assessment scale graphics performance in the category of good. This factor is influenced by an employee who has been running the job in accordance with the commands and procedures, employee and management principles already run an efficient and effective work, repair facilities adequate work periodically. The leaders also must be able to motivate subordinates , in this case the command is expected to accommodate and be open to feedback and criticism from officials that the performance of the officers got better.
