- This research aimed to observe the influence of guided inquiry learning model for student learning outcomes for X grade on biodiversity concept. The method used quasy experiment with nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. This research was held in SMA Negeri 1 Cikande class X. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with class X IPA 5 as experiment class and class X IPA 4 as control class. Students. Based on the results of data analysis there are differences between cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in the experimental class using guided inquiry model with succesive significance 0,000, 0,001, and 0,002. Therefore it can be concluded that there was influence of guided inquiry learning model towards students’ ability of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Cikande on biodiversity concept.
