Daftar Isi:
- This research aims to know the difference in student learning outcomes and student activities on subjects science after using the model Brain Based Learning in students of class V SD Negeri Dangdeur lesson 1 year 2015/2016. The research method used was quasi experiment, while the research design used was nonrandomized control group pretest-posstest. This study uses two classes, namely control and experimental groups i.e. Grade VA totalling 30 students who are given direct learning and classroom experiments, namely the students of VB consisting of 30 students who were given the treatment using a model Brain Based Learning. As for the data collection techniques include test results of student learning in the form of a non test form and test sheet student activity observation and documentation. Upon the results of the research indicate that there is a difference in learning outcomes students use a model Brain Based Learning with direct learning evidenced on test-two parties namely t calculate > t table or 5,12 > 2,00172 then H0 is rejected and the Ha are received. As well as learning outcomes students use a model Brain Based Learning higher than students who use direct learning as evidenced on the test-one party namely calculate > t table or 5,12 > 1,671, then H0 is rejected and the Ha are received. As well as observation activities students processed experiment results of 43.3% showed either. Thus, students are actively involved in the subjects of science.
