- This study discusses The Implementation of the Social Security Program Assistance People with Disability Weight (ASODK weight) in Improving Basic Needs in District Walantaka Serang. The purpose of this study in order to determine the implementation of the program ASODK weight. The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. Determination of informants using purposive technique. Data collection techniques and interview direct observation and documentation. Research instrument that researchers themselves. Testing the validity of the data in this study triangulation and holding member check which is based on the theory of implementation Van Metter and Van Horn (2008) which consists of the six dimensions of size and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of the implementing agency, attitude / tendency (Disposistion) implementers, communication between organizations and implementing activities, social environment, economic and political. Research data analysis techniques to follow the concept Irawan. Weight ASODK program implementation in the Social Service of Serang there are still some shortcomings, both in terms of monitoring conducted by the Social Service Serang, mentoring done by the districts Walantaka companion, guardian with disabilities less than optimal in utilizing aid. Suggestions that the Social Service of Serang should conduct monitoring to each sub-district, district and village companion must communicate well, and should be an awareness trustees beneficiaries.
