Dr. Bambang Triadji as Supervisor 1 and Ipan Hilmawan , SE . , MM as Supervisor 2 The purpose of this research was to determine ( 1 ) Motivation ( 2 ) Assessment Work ( 3 ) Employee Performance ( 4 ) Effect of Motivation and Work Assessment on Employee Performance . Main problems consist of employee motivation program is not a top priority in coaching employees , lack of socialization of the program of work and employee performance appraisal which decreased during the 3 years of this terahir . The method used was a survey method , namely descriptive and verification . While the techniques of data collection obtained from questionnaires to 57 people as a sample of 131 population by using Slovin , and documentation of data clerks . The research hypothesis is used to test bivariate statistical correlation coefficient with test equipment , and for processing the data using SPSS v.20. The first hypothesis testing results indicate t test results obtained at t = 4,742 > t table = 2,005 which acceptable H 1. The second hypothesis testing results indicate t test results obtained at t = 2,061 > t table = 2,005 which explains H 2 acceptable. The third hypothesis test results obtained for the F test F value = 16 587 > table = 3.168 which explains H 3 is accepted , it means the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between Motivation and
