  • SUMMARY Martina AstriIvo . Concentration Effect of Gibberellins (GA3) and longer shade the Growth and Flowering Kapalan plants (Hoya diversifolia Blume) (Guided by KartinaAM ,Putra Utama and SriRahayu). The research was conducted to examine the effect of concentration of Gibberellins (GA ) and longer shade the Growth and Flowering Plants Kapalan (Hoya diversifolia Blume). Research conducted at the Center for Plant Conservation LIPI Bogor Botanical Gardens. Materials used are plant cuttings Hoya diversifolia Blume (20cm), plant growth regulator gibberellin (GA3), NPK fertilizer,which is used shredded fern Media and kokopit with 5:1 ratio, and distilled water. Research prepared using Split Plot design consisting of a main plot andsub plots. Main plots (longer Shade) consists of : Without shade (N0), a full 75 % shaded for 5 months (N1), a full 75 % Shade for 8 months (N2) . sub plot (concentration Giberelin) is 0 ppm (G0), 75 ppm (G1), 150 ppm (G2), 225 ppm (G3), 300 ppm (G4). So there were 15 treatment combinations, each of which is repeated as many as 3 and there are 45 experimental units. Each experimental unit contained from 1 cuttings, so there are 45 samples of cuttings. Results of this study indicate that the application of GA3 did not significantly affect the variables plant height, amount of leaf, amount ofplant sections, the time flowers appear, the amount of interest stem, GA3 150 ppm gave a positive response to the time flowers appear and the amount of interest stem. Longer shade did not significantly affect plant height (cm), amount of segments (segments),the time flowers appear (days), the amount of interest stem (florets), longer shade showed significant effect on the observation of leaves (pieces) on the growth and flowering Hoya diversifoliaBlume .
