Wawan Prahiawan, SE, MM The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, to determine the effect of labor discipline, to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of employees at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Serang. In this study design used is exploratory design causally. Sample used were 72 respondents and methods of data analysisusing the Spearman correlation coefficient. From the calculation of SPSSv20 multiple correlation analysis obtained R=0.518 then there is influence between job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance. The coefficient of determination=26.9% means that employee performance can be affected by job satisfaction and work discipline, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based ont he results of hypothesis testing between job satisfaction on employee performance values obtained tcount>t table 3.802>1.994437 then there is a significant effect, and the results of hypothesis testing from disciplines working on employee performance obtained tcount>t table 3.013>1.994437 then found influence significant. Multiple regression analysis results obtained equation Y=7.692+0.485X1+0.482X2 and hypothesis testing results obtained from Fcount >Ftable 12,677>3.129644 foritthen H0 is rejected and H1 is acceptedorin other words that the job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performancea significant difference.
