Wawan Prahiawan. SE., MM and Gerry Ganika, SE., M.Sc. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and a disciplined work on the performance of employees at PT. Binesqo Mulyatama Sejahtera Cilegon. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative. This study also used a questionnaire with 62 employees at PT. Binesqo Mulyatama Sejahtera Cilegon as respondents. This study used a census approach. Measurement scale using a Likert scale. In the analysis of data using multiple regression test and coefficient of determination with SPSS 19:00. SPSS calculation results obtained from the coefficient of determination value of 0.833 and hypothesis testing results obtained from the value of F (152,804) ≥ F (3,150411) then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is significant relationship between transformational leadership and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT Binesqo Prosperous Mulyatama Cilegon.
