The title :" The Effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in PT . Krakatau in the City of Cilegon Power " . Under the guidance of Prof.Dr .BambangTriadji and Ir .H.Andi. YusranAtjo , SE . , MM . The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in PT . Krakatoa Power in the City of Cilegon . The independent variable in this study is Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture while the dependent variable is EmployeePerformance . The method used in this research is descriptive and causal . While the methods of analysis used is the multiple correlation analysis , the coefficient of determination , regression and t test . From the results of hypothesis testing is performed using the t test results are obtained as follows : t results for transformational leadership and organizational culture of 1,914 is smaller than t table ( 1.993 ) we can conclude that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected it means there is no significant effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance . Results for Organization Culture t of 4.034 is greater than t table ( 1.993 ) it can be stated that H1 is accepted . For the F test results obtained at F hitung 10.970 and F table 3.12 (10.970> 3.12), it can be stated that H1 is accepted which means simultaneously significant effect of Transformational Leadership and Oranisasional Culture the Employee Performance. This means there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance . Judging from the coefficient of determination of 23.4 % , meaning the effect resulting from transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance by23.4% .
