- THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS ON SUCCESSFULL IMPLEMENTATION ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING ) (Study in Manufacturing companies in Province Banten) By : Miyatul wildah 5552092571 Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of organizational factors to the successful implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in Manufacturing companies in Banten province. The study population is a manufacturing company that implements organizational factors influence the successful implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in the province of Banten. The total sample of 25 companies, which are selected using purposive sampling method. This study models using SPSS 20. This study used data collected by distributing questionnaires to all companies that use pengeruh organizational factors to the successful implementation of ERP (Enterprise ResourcePlanning) in Banten province. By using the classical assumption as a method of research, the results of this research is revealing that the influence of top management in successful ERP implementation, the influence of Project Management for ERP implementation success, the influence of training and education to the success of ERP implementation, and the influence of communication on ERP implementation success .
