  • ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF CURRENT RATIO, RETURN ON EQUITY, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, EARNING PER SHARE AND TOTAL ASSET TURN OVER TO THE DIVIDEN PAYOUT RATIO (THE STUDY AT CONSUMER GOODS COMPANY IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE (BEI) PERIOD OF 2008-2011) By: MEGI ADRIANTO 082957 Dividends are payments made by a corporate to its shareholder members which is depend on the dividend policy of each companies. It is interesting to analyze factors that influence dividend policy because too many considerations. Sometimes those considerations cause conflict between many parties. The objective aim of this research is to analyze the influence of current ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, earning per share and total asset turn over against Dividend Payout Ratio. The population of this research is consumer goods companies which listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), there is 15 companies. Research sample using purposive sampling of companies for period ended 2008 – 2011 analyzed by using the two tail linear regression methodology. From the analysis result that two variable is current ratio, return on equity have positive significant influence, while the debt to equity ratio, earning per share variables have positive but not significant influence and total asset turn over have negatif but not significant to Devidend Payout Ratio. Stimulatingly the CR, ROE, DER, EPS dan TATO have significant influence to Devidend Payout Ratio, it proved by sig-F value lower than 5% significances.
