- In implementation of Sistem Administrasi Manunggal di Bawah Satu Atap (SAMSAT), was able to increase services for society, the growth of leasing company, that give easiness for get vehicle caused the amount of vehicle was increased especially Pandeglang Regency. So, needs of service level of SAMSAT become increased. The objective of this research was vehicle taxpayer service of SAMSAT in Pandeglang Regency. To find out the satisfaction of society toward service in SAMSAT, government give some regulation that related to public service quality, one of the regulation is KEPMENPAN No. 25/ 2004 about general guidance of index society’s satisfaction arrangement in government instance service unit, it is general guidance of reference for government institution. There are 14 things that related to performance and services that was done by service employer, such as service procedure , regulation suitabality, employer’s clearness, decipline of employer, employer’s responsibility, employer’s ability, speed of service, justice of service, employer’s politeness, equity of fee, certainty of fee and schedule, comfort of envionment, and safety of service. This research conducted for analying value of that things, and the influence toward society’s satisfaction. The overall, index value of society’s satisfaction in SAMSAT of Pandeglang Regency is 3.222, the value of index value of society’s satisfaction after conversation was 80.561, it means the quality level of service is B. The performance of service unit included in good category, it means society was stisfied toward service in SAMSAT. keywords : IKM , index value of society’s saticfaction
