- The Security Council is an organization under the authority of the United Nation which has a major role in maintaining security and world peace as mandated in the UN Charter. One of the efforts to maintain the security and world peace is detected over all things that could threaten security and world peace. One of them is the nuclear technology development by a state with no intention of peace. That was happened out with Iran, Then the Security Council overthrow a Resolution to Iran. Any resolution meet failure because of disobedience of Iran. In the end, JCPOA is formed and become a new beginning of disobedieence of Iran about all forms of limitations overthrowed by the Security Council through Resolution No. S/RES/2231 (2015).Then a measure of the extent to which the compliance of Iran to the Resolution No.S/RES/2231 (2015) and also the extent to which the form of the implementation done by against the Resolution No. S/RES/2231 (2015)!. Researchers using the normative juridicial method of the relevant regulations approach (statute approach). The data used is a secondary data by placing the UN Charter and Resolution No. Resolution No. S/RES/2231 (2015) as the main material and any various literature as secondary material. The data obtained through library research both of visits directly or through the official website of the United Nations (un.org). The research carried out to find the point of appointments that Iran has been responsible over of it's nuclear technology development. The responsibility is realized with the aprroval JCPOA by Iran and the Iranian willingness to comply with Resolution No. S/RES/2231 (2015). The implementation is done by Iran against each of the details of the deal of JCPOA which also part of the Resolution No. S/RES/2231 (2015).In the manner of Implementation of Resolution No.S/RES/2231 (2015 by Iran. Accordingly the sanctions were imposed to Iran by the previously resolution eleminated by the Security Council and Iran can return to develop it's nuclear technology.
