  • ABSTRACT The influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee commitment at PT. PLN (Persero) Serang was the title of the thesis of Jery Novriyadi (092 313), students of the Faculty of Economy Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Management Department under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Bambang Triadji and Mr. Abdul Rosyid, SE., MM., The purpose of this study was to determine how the organizational culture and leadership style on employee commitment at PT. PLN (Persero) Serang. And to determine how much influence organizational culture and leadership style on employee commitment at PT. PLN (Persero) Serang. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and causal methods. The samples used were 35 respondents to the questionnaire data collection techniques using multiple regression using least squares equation, and using statistical hypothesis test for testing the partial regression coefficients as well as the classical assumption that including normality test, test and test heterskedastisitas multicollinearity using SPSS 20 software. The results showed that the organizational culture variables partially significant effect on employee commitment because of t (3,598) > t table (2,0345) at the 5% significance level. While the leadership style variables significantly influence employee commitment because t (4,858) > t table (2,0345) at the 5% significance level. And simultaneously testing two variables have a significant effect on employee commitment amounted to 40,191 means there is a strong relationship between organizational culture and leadership style on employee commitment. So that the approval rate of 85,1% organizational culture, leadership style at 80,6% and 63,2% of employee commitment. Keyword : Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Employee Commitment
