  • Beneng taro flour is one of Juhut village featured product which is the result of local food diversification and become an alternative to wheat flour in making cakes. This research aimed to: 1) Describe the quantitative mapping of beneng taro flour. 2) Describe the price mapping of beneng taro flour. 3) Describe the market area mapping of beneng taro flour. 4) Describe the marketing traffic mapping of beneng taro flour in Juhut village Karangtanjung Pandeglang. The method used in this research is a survey method. The research location is determined by deliberate (purposive) that is on agroindustry of beneng taro flour in Juhut village Karangtanjung Pandeglang. The results showed that: (1) Quantitative Mapping results obtained the number of beneng taro flour production in juhut village amounted to 9,000 kg/month. (2) Prices mapping of beneng taro flour, beneng taro flour selling price is Rp 12,000/Kg. (3) Market areas mapping for beneng taro flour which include markets outside of the area consisted of Serang, Cilegon, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Pekanbaru, and Sukoharjo.(4) Market traffic mapping of beneng taro flour in Juhut village, vehicles used in the delivery of beneng taro flour is pick up and shipping out the island of Java using cargo with shipping time is in the morning and afternoon.
