- Sate bandeng is one of the half-wet processed products whose storage power only lasted for approximately 3 days if placed at room temperature. Producers play a role to maintain the quality of sate bandeng product sold, then the producers do halal certification, PIRT number, and expired date. The aim of this research is to analyze the correlation between consumer knowledges and purchasing satisfaction of sate bandeng in Serang district Serang city Banten Province. The research conduct at district of Serang and using the survey method to collect data. Total samples are 87 consumers of sate bandeng. The respondent is taken by probability sampling method especially cluster technique. The analysis tools are used importance performance analysis (IPA) and product moment correlation. The result of this research obtains are consumer knowledges has high knowledge levels about 66,67% respondents. The consumer satisfication levels of sate bandeng in Serang district is very satisfying with the value of user satisfaction index approximately 82.93%. The correlation between consumer knowledges and consumer satisfication of sate bandeng in Serang district is around 0.135 with significance level (α) 5%. It means that the correlation of the two variables is very weak or has no correlation between it.
