- Commodities of rice up to this point is still a commodity most needed. Human needs against food crops will always increase with the population. One of the efforts to maintain the availability of the food by increasing the productivity of rice cropping system is by applying jajar legowo system. Lebak Kepuh Village in Lebak Wangi Subdistrict which has implemented a system of planting jajar legowo system since 2013. The purpose of this research is to know the relation internal factors (income, search for information, activities and courage taking risks), external factors (support institutions support extension, farmer groups, and support of the means of production), and the nature of innovation (relative advantage, trialibility, and observability) and rice farmers in the implementation of decision planting of jajar legowo system in Lebak Kepuh Village in Lebak Wangi Subdistrict. The method used is the method the survey, with the location of the specified research deliberately (purposive) i.e. with the consideration that Subdistrict, Lebak Kepuh Village in Lebak Wangi Subdistrict is one of the newly-formed and has the potential as well and has implemented jajar legowo system innovation to support increased productivity. Analysis is a descriptive analysis of inference. Based on the research results can be known that there is a significant relationship between the internal factors (activity search for information and the courage of taking risks), external factors (support institutions support extension, farmer groups, and support of the means of production), and the nature of innovation (relative advantage, triability, and observability) and rice farmers in the implementation of decision planting of jajar legowo. But there is a not significant relationship between the internal factors (income system) and rice farmers in the implementation decision planting of jajar legowo system in Lebak Kepuh Village in Lebak Wangi Subdistrict.
