  • The purpose of this research is to improve students' learning activities and learning outcomes using learning model of cooperative learning, type of student teams achievement until it reaches at least 75%. This research is Class Action Research (CAR), where in every cycle consisted of two meetings, each cycle was done with four phase. Namely planning phase, implementation phase, observation phase and reflection phase. The data collection techniques in this study were by using test instruments, observations of teacher and students‟ learning activities, as well as the questionnaire. In the first and second meeting of the first cycle, the number of students who attended the class was 25 students, while the number of students in the second cycle was 25 students. By the implementation of cooperative learning model, type of student teams achievement division, students‟ learning activities and learning outcomes increased. In the first cycle, the average of students' learning activities was 73.14 % and in the second cycle increased to be 83.14 %. Likewise, the average of student learning outcomes, from 68.6 % in the first cycle increased to be 80,2 % in the second cycle. So that conclusions can be drawn from this study that the implementation of cooperative learning model, type of student teams achievement division can increase students' learning activities and learning outcomes on Social Science Subject subject in fifth grade of Elementary School Kaduodeng.
