This research aims to (1) analyzing channel marketing Oyster Mushrooms, (2) analyzing margins and the cost of each marketing channel Oyster Mushrooms, (3) analyzing the benefits and the farmer's share of the respective marketing channels, (4) analyzing the most efficient marketing channel in the marketing of Oyster Mushrooms using survey research methods, research areas specified in the purposive In PKBM Nubalarea Village of Sumur Bandung Cikulur Regency of Lebak. Document data retrieval done by interviews, observations, questionnaires and research needs. The documents used in this research is primary documents and secondary. Research shows there are two marketing channels Oyster Mushrooms: channel I: Manufacturer – retailer – consumer merchants. Channel II: manufacturer – traders collecting – wholesalers – retailers – consumers. The margin on the channel I amounting to Rp 1,500.-/kg and the margin on channel II Rp. 7,996-/kg. Total cost on channel I Rp. 700-/kg and on channel II Rp. 4500- /kgKeuntungan of marketing channels I Rp. 800/kg and profit on channel II Rp. 6000/kg. Farmer's share on channel I 89.28% and channel II50%. The channel's most technically efficiency is channel I has value because most smaller technical efficiency of 14.8 and channel the most economically efficiency i.e. channels I because it has the greatest economic efficiency value 5.
