- The purpose of this research is to know whether management the business of cultivating oyster mushroom white in Karangtanjung worthy in terms of financial aspects.The kind of research is descriptive and techniques the data by means of questionnaire, observation and literature.The result of calculations on financial feasibility in the analysis of investment criteria are two kinds of approaches. The first is approach of analysis investment criteria Net Present Value (NPV) very reasonable because the results is positive Rp 579.608.429 where the sale greater than investment (a charge issued). To Net B/C also very reasonable namely 12,87 is greater than 1(one). Gross B/C also very reasonable namely 2,77 is greater than 1(one).As well as profitability ratio very reasonable namely 18,59 is greater than 1 (one). And then for payback period such as 1 years 9 months.For Internal Rate of Return (IRR) results is very reasonable that because it 423 % in interest rates 8 %. The second approach is Analysis sensitivity approach if decrease 25 % in production, an increase 25 % in the costs operational, an increase 20 % in interest rates, and decreased output 25 % in interest rates 20 % so business is still worthy of continued.
