This research is motivated by the lack of students' mathematical problem solving ability and a lack of self-efficacy students. One strategy that can be an alternative to improve mathematical problem solving ability and self efficacy of students is through cooperative learning model Inside-Outside Circle. This study aims to determine whether the problem solving ability of students to use mathematical models of inside-outside circle better than students who use ordinary learning model, whether the increased problem solving ability of students to use mathematical models of inside -outside circle better than students who use the learning model ordinary and how self efficacy of students towards learning mathematics that uses models of inside-outside circle. The method used was quasiexperimental. Sampling is purposive sampling. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that by using a model of Inside-Outside Circle capabilities and increased students' mathematical problem solving is better than using regular learning, and self efficacy graders experiment with the use of a strong model of Inside-OutsideCircle.
