This research is based on the lower ability of mathematical communication and the important of self regulated learning. A AIR (Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition) model can be an alternative solution. The aim of this research are to see the final result and a developing of mathematical communicating ability, also self regulated learning between the group of experimenting and group of controlling. This research uses a quasi experiment method. The population of this research is the entire of student of grade VIII at one of state Junior High School in Kabupaten Tangerang. The instruments used on the research are math communicating ability test and a grade of self regulated learning. The inferential analysis collecting data is done with student’s right tail test. The result of the research shows that, the final result and a developing of math communication also selfregulated learning in group of experimenting is getting way better than a group of controlling. The final result of math communication in group of experimenting is 70,10 with sufficient category and the final result of self-regulated learning is 78,19% with strong category.
