  • PT. Krakatau Daya Tirta (KDT) is one of the manufacturers of bottled mineral water (bottled water) that has many customers in the province of Banten. PT. KDT every day, always accept requests to change, so it will affect the operational time pengiiriman goods. Number of customers and various customer locations intended to make the delivery of goods every day a major hurdle for PT.KDT. method used to overcome the problem of making the delivery route is Vechile Routing Problem (VRP) with the aim to optimize the manufacture of these goods so as to make the delivery of these to get the optimal time and maximize the capacity of existing vehicles using method inserts and method of Clark and Wright Savings. Based on the results of data processing in 8 s get on a Monday through Thuesday and 9 routes on Friday by using method inserts. and produces 9 service on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and produces 7 s on Wednesday until Thursday using method Clark and Wright Savings. While the comparison between the existing, method inserts and the method Clark & Wright Savings is 10832.3 minutes; 9634.56 minutes; 10375,85 minutes and distance comparisons between the existing, method inserts and the method Clark & Wright Savings namely 1702.69 Km; 1184.88 Km; 1766,98 Km. So from the data processing in getting the optimal route with minimal time and distance is equal to 9634.56 minute and 1184.88 Km minutes by using inserts.
