- Learning Pamong is the spearhead in learning Package C equality in Serang City Learning Activities Center (SKB) because the tutors face to face with the learning community, the majority of whom are adults, so that high competency of andragogy is needed. In this regard, it is interesting for researchers to conduct research related to: 1) How does the contribution of the learning tutor's andragogy competency to the learning outcomes of Package C equality in the Serang City Learning Activity Center (SKB). 2) How is the implementation of adult learning carried out by learning tutors in dealing with learning citizens of Package C equality at the Serang City Learning Activities Center (SKB). When viewed from the analysis and type of data, this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was the learning of Package C equality in the Serang City Learning Activities Center (SKB) consisting of 15 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. This study involved the independent variable (X) learning andragogy competency and the dependent variable (Y) learning outcomes. Data collection steps are the preparation stage, the implementation phase. Quantitative data processing techniques are measurement scale, computerization and statistical table, instrument test and statistical test. To analyze the data obtained, the researchers used the product moment correlation statistical formula and average formula. Based on the results of the study it is known that: 1) the contribution of learning andragogy competencies to learning outcomes has a high contribution of 0,698. And there is a significant relationship based on the results of testing hypotheses between learning andragogy competencies with learning outcomes obtained t count > t table, 4,098 > 1,771. The results of linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 58,601 + 0,585x. 2) there is an implementation of adult learning carried out by the learning tutors, can be proven by high criteria.
